Wendy James is the girlfriend of Dennis Walker and believed to be the daughter of Erik Strauss. Wendy tried to stab John Carey when he was in Dennis' apartment, but he managed to subdue her. The next day, Dennis tried to kill Carey at the city hall, perhaps as a retribution for arresting Wendy, but Carey subdue him. It is unknown what has become of Wendy and Dennis, since they are not mentioned in the game afterwards.
