X-167512 is the Bureau file number of an X-file marked with the words, "VISIONARY ENCOUNTERS; W/ THE DEAD". Soon after Christmas 1993, this file was purposefully found in and removed from its filing cabinet in the X-files office of the J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building by Special Agent Dana Scully, shortly after the death of her father.
