The Third Prophet was the highest rank in the Ni'Shaw-Dak religion. The Third Prophet took all of the important decisions, aided by twelve Al'ma'dens or papal priests. The name of the rank comes from the Jydan Writings tradition: Each god was to communicate his or her teachings throughout the mouths of three prophets. For years, Ni'Shaw only had two prophets, and this led to him being forgotten. The founder of Ni'Shaw-Dak discovered the first two prophet's writings on Ni'Shaw and considered it a sign of him to become the third prophet, or Third Prophet.
