The Winter Eagle was a nemuranai which looked as an ice sculpture of a raptor bird. It was found in Mori Isawa by a shugenja who was tracking a Yuki no Onna. The sculpture came to life every winter, which the ability to fly like a regular eagle. The creature could exhale a deadly freezing breath and had shown ability to control the weather around itself. The item was secured in the secretive city of Gisei Toshi.
