Captain Noel Keeble (born 6 April 1892, date of death unknown) was a World War I flying ace credited with six aerial victories. Keeble was with No. 1 Wing RNAS at Dunkirk in late 1915. He used a Nieuport to force an enemy seaplane to land on the sea on 25 January 1916. Nine months later, on 23 October 1916, he used a Sopwith Pup to destroy a seaplane. Keeble was granted a permanent commission as a Flight Lieutenant on 1 August 1919.
