Much like All Rider Generation and Travelers Record, the game is a side scrolling beat em' up where players must defeat all enemies on screen to advance. However, this game also includes a new feature in the form of driving stages where the player must avoid obstacles while shooting enemies. The game also sports an interactive feature where players use the actual Ghost Eyecon toys via the QR codes on the back and scan them using the 3DS AR camera, this gives players access to power-ups and health items.
