The Mystic Mines are a series of caverns and tunnels located on Donkey Kong Island in the Donkey Kong series of games. They contain many valuable ores that can be found nearly nowhere else. In Donkey Kong Continent, the Mystic Mines serve as the second world on DK Island and the fifth world of the game. They are the only world in the game that has Kalypso, as well as Flip-Flaps. Their boss is the Rat Pak, found in Hide-and-Sneek Hollow.
