The Final Girl(s) is the thirteenth and final episode of the first season of Scream Queens, and the thirteenth episode overall. It was written by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan and was directed by Brad Falchuk. It had its official release on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 on Fox after the twelfth episode, Dorkus, as a special two-hour finale. Shocking confessions are made as the killer is finally unmasked and tells the story of why the deaths are happening, but wants to get away with it by blaming three of our favorite Kappa sisters.
