Amoco is an apparent god, worshiped by the Cult of Amoco. They believe the god is all-seeing and all-knowing. The god is worshiped on the site of an old Amoco Petrol Station. It is assumed all his followers died when Roland Deschain and his gunslingers attacked the cult during the events of The Battle of Jericho Hill. Amoco was also the name of an oil corporation in America, so it is possible that the cult discovered the petrol station, and made an idol out of it. Today, Amoco has merged with BP Oil.
