Large Dwemer Plate Metal is an item in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is similar to ores, in that it can be smelted at any smelter to produce Dwarven metal ingots. This piece seems to be part of Dwarven Spheres; sometimes when a sphere is destroyed the piece will fall off and be clearly visible on the ground.
