It's a Long Road is a song performed by Dan Hill. The melody itself has become the de-facto Rambo theme and the song is often thought of as the definitive Rambo theme song. The melody was first heard in First Blood, although it has been altered slightly for use in all of the later films in the series. The song itself is played during the end credits.
