Martin Luther King, Jr (1929-1966) was president of the Second North American Republic (1756 World). Running under the Liberal-Democrat ballot, Martin Luther King, Jr was elected to office with a 62% majority. He was one of the founders of the Caribbean-American Coalition, CAC, an organization to help end European ambitions in the Americas. King was a good leader, but many North Americans didn't want a black man in power. King was assassinated on October 11, 1966 in Toronto by a white supremacist group.
