The Time Sphere is a Time Travel Time Ship and one of the earliest and 1st Generation forms of transpiration through Time. Do to the nature of Time Travel and actions of Professor Zoom their are 2 Creators to this Vehicle one is Rip Hunter who is a Member of The Time Masters and the other is Cisco Ramon who is a Member of S.T.A.R. Labs. Each Created it but at two separate moments in Time. Also Cisco Ramon wouldn't of Created his version of the vehicle without being shown Professor Zoom's Designs which were based off Rip Hunter's Original Designs for his version of the vehicle.
