Clint Wacky appeared in issue #2 of The Muppet Show Comic Book: On the Road. He is a comedian waiting for Hollywood to come calling, but in the meantime becomes a temporary repalcement comedian for Fozzie Bear, who temporarily decides to go solo. Clint Wacky's humor style is insulting the audience, which the audience likes but Kermit the Frog and Scooter don't want The Muppet Show to be associated with. Eventually, they get Clint to leave the show by tricking him into thinking that Hollywood has called for him. Clint Wacky's comedy writers are Mr. Stadler and Mr. Waltorf.
