There's one Numara White Magician that will attack you along with the five Numara Soldiers on the Crater Island. He's in the back row, so it can be hard to take him out early, but he's not a direct threat to you. He doesn't attack; he just heals and casts shield on himself and his allies. When you take down some of the enemy guard by killing off soldiers, you can target the Numara White Magician with the same tactics: physical attacks and magic.
