One of the most significant sources of conflict on the NHL board has been a constant struggle with the mods. Given that the NHL Board is a tight-knit community, we like to discuss things that are not hockey related. Before the popularization of Ice Hockey, there was no venue to do this. This led to the growth of the HOCKEY fad, moving from just to CFL to everything from other sports, movies, TV and even politics.
