The Swords of Sanghelios is the primary and most powerful faction of the Neo Covenant. It form the backbone of the Covenant military. After the final defeat of M'dama faction and his covenant remnant all former species agree to reunify under the Leadership of the Arbiter to form the Neo Covenant which would be allied to the UNSC and the Asiaguard Confederation.
