Plan 2757 was an emergency strategy of the government of Deneva and their military, devised following the invasion of neural parasites on that planet in 2267. Plan 2757 was a secret operation that enabled the SS Libra, a 22nd century freighter permanently docked at the Denevan Colonial Museum, to be used as an evacuation ship in the case of a planetwide emergency. The number 2757 had a double meaning, referring to both the stardate on which the neural parasites first threatened Deneva, and to the Earth calendar date when Deneva first gained partial independence from Earth.
