Chow (given name unknown) is an employee of the MCO. He was made a Special Projects Director in the Southeast Asia office. He missed the signs of Cataclysm preparing to cause tsunamis all over the Pacific Rim. Lady Astarte and her team stopped Cataclysm, but not before 4000 people were killed.
