Kathy Cobb was the daughter of Jack Cobb and a student at Jefferson High School. The days before the arrest of Jessie Bains, Jack learned that Kathy was doing drugs getting them at school from a pusher. As a result, he became an alcoholic which brought his marriage on the rocks and his wife was ready to leave him.
