Parce is a corrections officer at Stockton State Prison. He works with SAMCRO during their incarceration. Following Jax's stabbing by a Russian inmate Parce provides Clarence 'Clay' Morrow with a pre-paid cellphone that he uses to contact Marcus Alvarez. After Clay and Jax are released Parce supplies Otto 'Big Otto' Delaney with the blade he uses to cut his wrists to ensure he is moved to the infirmary. Parce then brings the Russian who stabbed Jax to the infirmary and gives Otto another weapon so that he can murder the Russian.
