In this timeline, Britain and France lost the Great War. France was able to recover but Britain fell to the grip of Mosley, not coming to terms with its loss. By the 1930s Britain was gearing toward a conflict not just with Germany, but France too - the two having not officially signed the Entente Cordiale in 1904, and finally falling out again after the war.
