CROWN'S REFUGE - Though exempt from the Weapons and Armor Laws and Restrictions that Freelanders and Wildlanders are subject to, the Syladris have convinced the Imperial Tribunal to re-designate Crown's Refuge as a Sanctuary within the Empire. This means that all weapons are to be held in check and secured in scabbards and baldrics while inside Crown's Refuge, and that all violence is to be avoided entirely (including drunken brawling).
