Jacob Flynn in a tomboyish girl who is around Phineas and Ferb's age. She is also the daughter of Phineas Pheobus Flynn, therefore being Phineas's cousin. It is currently unknown why she was named a boy's name, but it ended up fitting her tomboyish personality.
