Szugogroth is an Orsimer outlaw in The Elder Scrolls Online. He can only be met during the quest A Friend In Need. Depending on the Vestige's alliance, he can be found in the Outlaws Refuge of the same city found in Canthion (Vulkhel Guard for the Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall for the Daggerfall Covenant, and Davon's Watch for the Ebonheart Pact). If you have started the quest in Vvardenfell, he will be found at the Vivec Outlaws Refuge in Vivec City.
