Keesa is one of the few ancestral Sims to die as an adult, so she died a premature death. According to her age data, she had 29 days left in the adult life stage when she died. Keesa uses the 2nd Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the eyebrows and eyes which use the 14th face template. Also the jaw is longer than on the default face. However the jaw is only longer on teenage, adult and elder females, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down. Keesa's SimDNA in SimPE shows that she carries the recessive allele for dark blue eyes.
