The history of Appalachia can be traced back to the Native American tribes that lived in the area. The area that will become Appalachia once belonged to the Cherokee, before being forced off their land by settlers coming in from Europe. Atlanta is the largest city in the country and is a major transport hub for the countries along the East Coast of the US.
