Commander-in-Chief of the Galactic Empire Special Operations Command, abbreviated CINCSOCOM, was a title of the Imperial Military created during the Legacy era by the order of Galactic Emperor Roan Fel in 98 ABY, referring to the senior commanding officer of the Galactic Empire Special Operations Command. The Commander-in-Chief, by the Imperial Military Code, held the double title of Grand Admiral (the highest rank of the Imperial Military) and as a Moff of the Council of Moffs (the highest governmental title of the Galactic Empire, save for Galactic Emperor).
