Keith Mullins was the newly appointed National Director of the Counter Terrorist Unit during Day 10. ("Day 10: 12:00pm-1:00pm") Soon after entering, Keith was surprised to notice the recently departed director Rebecca Ingram having accessed the system (unbeknownst to Keith and the rest of CTU, Rebecca was trying to track down Ben Grimes). When he attempted to confront her over it, he was tasered and placed in interrogation and reluctantly provided his director's override so they could continue their work. Despite this, he later ordered them arrested. ("Day 10: 1:00pm-2:00pm")
