Saihō (裁縫, Saihō) is the codename used to refer to the current Head of the Hunter-nin and the wielder of Nuibari. Saihō is less of a man and more of a grim reaper when it concerns Kirigakure. Without prejudice, he carries out his duty under the laughing white mask and strikes fear into the hearts of every man, woman, child or monster that dares to make an enemy of his village.
