An altar involved in the quest A Gate Too Far. It is located in the near the center of the first level of the Raven's Point dungeon. During the quest upon reaching the location , multiple Destroyers will spawn and attack your party. Once they have all been defeated then you can gain Raven Blessing from the shrine
