The Shiraya fan headdress was an article of clothing worn by Queen Amidala of Naboo. It was named after the ancient moon goddess, Shiraya. Amidala wore the headdress as a part of her White Coruscant Dress, while Queen Apailana wore it to Amidala's funeral.
