Damien Otto-Pascal (b.March 9th, 2789 - d. May 29th, 2868) was Minister of Infrastructure & Transport of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria from 2837 to 2852; he was also a ranking member in the Fascist Authority Party and sat on the National Congress; Otto-Pascal additionally is the the former Chief Minister of Mitrania, serving from 2827 to 2836.
