The Top Fitness Punching Bag is an invention created by the Form Center in 2072. It essentially a punching bag hooked up to a computer. The computer counts punches, and there are settings to change how hard you have to punch to register on the count. There are also timer settings as well. It is not limited to either pokemon or humans, and is fully compatible with both. While this may seem like a harmless device, it was used by the members of the Essence Project rather harshly. Another hidden cruelty about this invention is the fact that the "Top Fitness" part was taken from a corporation that the Form Center rather brutally put out of business.
