Cerchio (チェルチオ) is a downright excellent pizza place located in Beppu city, Oita Prefecture. The main thing that makes the pizza so good is the fact that the owner uses a real wood-burning oven. It just has to be tasted to be believed. Some recommended menu items are: * Quattro Cheese (a sinful four-cheese pizza including a delictable blend of cream cheese and other cheeses) * Canadian Bacon * Octopus w/Anchovy Sauce (you won't believe the amount of seafood toppings piled on this pizza) * Lunch sets, pasta, and delicious soft-serve ice cream are also available.
