READY! KICK OFF!! is Ongaku Gatas 4th single overall, but their first to be released as an indie. It was released on March 6, 2010 in regular edition only. This is the group's first single since 2008, and their first to be released after the graduation of Elder Club from Hello! Project. This means that all the members, except for Sengoku Minami, are no longer a part of Hello! Project. This is the last single to feature Satoda Mai, Konno Asami and Noto Arisa.
