The Dark Council is made up of 5 Sith Masters who represent the rest of the faction and help to guide it through their leadership IC. Members of this group are always the most active and contributing members with regard to IC and OOC posting. The members of this group do not hold special powers over other Masters. However, when an IC decision that effects the whole faction needs to be made, then it can be taken to the Dark Council where they will hear the proposals, discuss and vote on the matter. The decision made dictates the action taken.
