Tim Conway is an American actor, known for comedic roles on The Carol Burnett Show, McHale's Navy, and The Steve Allen Show. He is also the voice of Barnacle Boy on SpongeBob SquarePants (starring Tom Kenny as the title character), and replaced the late, Don Knotts, as the voice of Deputy Sniffer for Disney's Buddies film series.
