Kobina Eric "Ric" Griffin (born 14 September 1954) is a consultant general surgeon who currently works on Holby City Hospital's Keller ward. He took on the role of CEO following Hanssen's departure in 2016, but Hanssen returned in 2017 to take the position back. In January 2017, Ric visited the department to speak with Elle about the recent allegations. He warned her that if the picture of Seb and Dylan got out, the reputation of the hospital could be at stake. Later in the day, Dylan failed to turn up to a meeting with Elle and Ric whilst he was assisting Seb with a procedure.
