The Mandalorian Knights, also known as the Mando Ara'ramikade in Mando'a and the Knight Initiative, was a secret project initiated by Mandalorian Arkon and exiled Jedi Knights Kes Okari and Rika Somed in order to produce soldiers to fight for survival of the Mandalorian clans. Originally purposed with waging war against the resurgent Sith Empire, after witnessing a vivid vision of the future of worlds on fire, Arkon grew fanatical on preventing the catastrophe and sabotaged the hyperdrives of the three Knight-owned ships, sending them into the future.
