Vellurius was a planet located in the Gamma Arietis star system, in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, in the vicinity of Delta Vega. Sometime prior to the year 2265, Starfleet constructed Starbase 20 in orbit of the planet. (TOS - Crucible novel: The Fire and the Rose)
