The Barrows spiny helmet is the strongest Spinyhelm in the game and is a helmet designed to protect the player from the attacks of a Wall Beast located in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves. Unlike a normal spiny helm, a Barrows spiny helm provides +50% to Attack, Strength and Defence bonus only if they are fighting wall beasts. It requires level 80 Defence and level 80 slayer to equip. This is the only Spiny helm which can't be bought from a slayer master. The only way to achieve this is by finding it as a drop from the powerful Barrows dragon. Unlike a normal spiny helm this can't be used to construct a Slayer helmet. It also requires the completion of the Tears of Guthix.
