Sivak was a male Vulcan born sometime prior to 2180. In 2377, he became personal assistant to Governor of Cestus III Nanietta Bacco, and upon her election as President of the United Federation of Planets in 2379, joined her staff at the Palais de la Concorde. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation, et al) During the Borg Invasion of 2381, Sivak was responsible for alerting the President when the various Ambassadors had arrived and seeing that they were shown into the inner office at the appropriate times.
