Master Katsuichi is an anthropomorphic lion samurai and the sensei of the rabbit samurai Miyamoto Usagi. He was mentioned by Usagi The Real World, Part 2. Just after Leonardo and Usagi arrive at Battle Nexus, Usagi tells Leo that Katsuichi taught him the ritual for entering the realm of the Battle Nexus, and he has made that journey many times.
