Dennis Mejillones is Senior Character Artist at Bethesda Game Studios. He is responsible for creating models of important сharacters such as the Sole Survivor (default look of Nate), Preston Garvey and almost all the robots in Fallout 4, like the assaultron, Mister Handy, sentry bot and its variants in the Automatron add-on.
