She first appears in "The Adventure Begins" where she is in Brazil trying to cure a fatal disease, but M. Bison causes trouble. Lucinda has Guile and the rest of the Street Fighters help her and the other doctors. When she finds out that Blanka is immune to the disease because of what Bison did to him, she manages to use his blood to find a cure.
