Zacchaeus Haran is the older child of Terah and Victoria. He is also the firstborn of Terah in general, and as a result of such he succeeded Terah as the patriarch of the Zacchaeus Clan. Thanks to a large number of negotiations which were each mediated by a so-far unnamed member of Mut Mizu's clan and his stellar contributions in The Phoenix War, the World Government deigned to appoint him as the new King of Zion.
