Hewat was a female Human who served as an Imperial Customs agent during the Galactic Civil War. She was committed to exposing the Rybet Moruth Doole, administrator of the spice mines of Kessel, as the head of an illegal spice distribution network. Her daughter, Kora, lived on Yityl. Since Doole was still running Kessel as late as 11 ABY, well after the Galactic Empire was forced out of Kessel, it is doubtful that she ever succeeded.
