Chaney Kley (August 20, 1972 – July 24, 2007) was an American actor who appeared in the NCIS Season 1 episode, Hung Out to Dry (episode) as Corporal Paul Brinkman. Kley later died on July 24th 2007 and according to Kley's father, he was convinced that his son's cause of death was sleep apnea.
