Vice-Admiral Elena Adelheid (エレナ・アーデルハイト, Erena Āderuhaito), is a Marine Vice-Admiral and the head of G-9. Also known as Saint Elena (エレナ宮 Erena Gū?), she is a member of the World Nobles and the elder sister of the pirate now known as Nanashi, formerly the World Noble Saint Gerard. Like her younger brother, she has never thought much of the way the Tenryūbito live, possibly a result of having been raised by a humble and down to earth nanny, and considers the practices of her fellow World Nobles to be downright idiotic and disgraceful. But like other Tenryūbito she is very much proud of her family's ancestry and values family over everything else.
